17"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

Laws were born as to regulate the behaviors of human beings. They tell us what we have to do, which are called obligations and what we mustn’t do, which are called forbidden behaviors. According to some sociologists’ theory, the laws can be classed into two categories: the just laws and the unjust laws, and suppose every individual to obey the just laws but disobey and resist unjust ones. However, does the case is as simple as what are mentioned above?

Firstly, it is difficult to distinguish the just and the unjust laws. The conceptions of “just” and “unjust” are relative definitions. They are something like the two sides of a coin. If one wants to tell out the negative side of the coin, he/she must first define which side is the positive one. Besides, the laws are made by the government to regulate the society. Different government has various laws, and laws are also changing correspondingly with the development of the society, which makes individuals more difficult to define such relative conceptions. For example, the laws in the German in the Second World War is believed as the unjust ones, but to reach assumption the just laws should be firstly defined. Even a just law is defined, are the different ones, according to the assertion, are unjust laws? There should be gray areas between black and write.

Secondly, after the unjust laws are distinguished, then what should an individual do to disobey such laws? As is known, even the most unjust laws cannot concern murder as legitimate. Does one need to murder someone to disobey the unjust laws? Even the people disobey and resist the laws; it is doubt whether such activities have effects on the laws. The result may be that the unjust laws remain unjust ones. It is better to take some measure to suggest the government to rebuilt the laws. In the history, countless people resist the laws made by the government to rule its citizens, however, few can change the history. In the contrast, Martin Luther King changed the laws contains some factors of racial discrimination by another way.

Discuss so much and for so long, it seems still equivocate to distinguish the unjust laws from just ones. Virtually, in the civil society, some laws that seem equal to everyone but in fact unfair are unjust. The events take place in Chicago in 1888 is a case of point. Workers stoke for 8 hours working day labor law. Moreover, the laws that contains some factors of racial and sexual discrimination are unjust, which calls for every individual’s effort to rebuilt the laws, not for the benefits of single person but for the society as a whole.

In sum, it is a heartbreaking and backbreaking task to define the just laws and unjust laws, and the activities to disobey or resist the unjust ones may be dangerous to individuals. However, other method should be taken to change the situation and make the world more just.

Laws were born as to regulate the behaviors of human beings. They tell us what we have to do, which are called obligations and what we mustn’t (must not) do, which are called forbidden behaviors. According to some sociologists’ theory, the laws can be classed (classified) into two categories: the just laws and the unjust laws, and suppose every individual to obey the just laws but disobey and resist unjust ones. However, does the case is as simple as what are mentioned above?(给出回答)

Firstly, it is difficult to distinguish the just and the unjust laws. The conceptions of “just” and “unjust” are relative definitions(这句逻辑有问题你要表达的是不清楚的意改为思far from definitions ). For example, the laws in the German in the Second World War is (are) believed as the unjust ones, but to reach assumption the just laws should be firstly defined. Even a just law is defined, are the different ones, according to the assertion, are unjust laws? There should be gray areas between black and write. (结构清晰,说理也充分)

Secondly, after the unjust laws are distinguished, then what should an individual do to disobey such laws? As is known, even the most unjust laws cannot concern murder as legitimate. Does one need(have) to murder someone to disobey the unjust laws? Even the people disobey and resist the laws; it is doubt whether such activities have effects on the laws. The result may be that the unjust laws remain unjust (ones) DEL. It is better to take some measure to suggest the government to rebuilt the laws. In the history, countless people resist the laws made by the government to rule its citizens, however, few can change the history. In the contrast, Martin Luther King changed the laws contains some factors of racial discrimination by another way.(这个例子放在这里不恰当,前面至少要提出让步)

Discuss so much and for so long, it seems still equivocate to distinguish the unjust laws from just ones. Virtually, in the civil society, some laws that seem equal to everyone but in fact unfair are(and) unjust. The events take (took) place in Chicago in 1888 is(are) a case of point.
