工作职责:'
-Prepare and process the relevant payroll information (sales commission, bonus, etc.)
-Make payroll calculation independently and ensure monthly payroll result accurate
-Make monthly IIT,Social benefit and Housing fund reports timely and accurately
-Ensure Housing Fund and Pension base annual adjustment on time and accurate
-Prepare salary and benefits cost report and submit to F&A before deadline each month
-Ensure Tax Bureau, Labor Bureau and Client’s requirement
-HR system maintenance and update on time
-Make certification requirement by staff(such as income certification and employment certification)
-Settle all relevant employees file and contract
-In charge of leaving employee’s salary Calculation and payment
-In collaboration with Finance for annual audit
-Submit Individual Income Tax to local authority accurately and on time
-Social pension handbook data label and updated
-Keep good relationship with social authorities
-Monthly overtime report
-Declare Handicapped Insurance in Tax Bureau and pay out
-Other ad hoc works assigned by immediate Manager
职位要求:-Bachelor degree,
-C&B related working or intern experience is preferred, working experience in IT company is preferred
-Familiar with local government policy, social benefits procedure and regulations across China, basic finance knowledge is preferred
-Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, familiar with HR system
-English both in written and spoken
-Good for detail work with high quality
-Good teamwork spirit ,cooperation capability, communication skill and emergency-handling skill
