可以在其他国家签f1吗

请问： 我现在在意大利上学，今年6月末才结束考试，所以想直接在这边签证，有这样做可以吗，签起来会比国内难吗，谢谢护照上有f1的签证在沈阳，但收到的也是ad，要准备资金证明的。

应该是可以的，而且我觉得应该还会比在国内签简单方便。
你要是真有疑问，可以发邮件问你美国学校的international student office的。
