刚看了第一个视频，很有收获。我英语讲得很流利但是没有什么高级的词汇。为了雅思考试，临时准备了些自己不常用不熟悉的高级词汇，结果说的磕磕巴巴反而分很低。还不如就自然和平时一样。真是教训

看了第一部分，觉得自己这方面还好。。可是有的时候会停顿很久，想不到合适的词就不知道该怎么跳过去，有的时候会很紧张，就像最近一次，我想说福建在中国的东南，结果东南这个词就怎么就想不起来。。。结果我等了很久还是想不到= =我就在想考官不会觉得我是在背吧………………连方位词也说不好了……

Three sections:
1.introductions and general questions

One of four criteria--Fluency and coherence
speak at length
organize ideas logically
appropriately signposting
express and justify your opinions
discuss and speculate issues without long pauses or repetitions with the same words

Large portion of speech to repeat during the spe can add unnecessary stress and speak unnaturally.
expand your sentences.

Part two:
Use the bullet points on the task card to structure your long turn and make notes with key words.
develop your answers and speak (这里有个单词听不出来啊，大神些帮帮忙) By thinking of reasons, effects, comparisons, supporting examples and personal experience.
Part three:
compare or contrast--in my view, there are two main differences
responding to a point--yes, i agree because.../i'm not sure i agree with that, you see....
speculating on the future--i think we'll probably see a lot of.../maybe there'll be more.../it's unlikely that we'll have...

record yourself talking about different subjects,then play it back:
linking expressions
hesitation
words you may be repeating
times when you speeches slow

Lexical resources
focus on range of vocabulary a candidate uses
the ability effectively--the right collocation
words of connotation_positive/neutral/negative
use less common vocabulary or expressions
improve your vocabulary in these steps
learn new vocabulary(meaning, usage and collocation) online newspapers
group new vocabulary and relate subjects and learn these together rather than making long lists of of unrelated words. using mind maps
learn more synonyms and try using thesaurus
make small word cards
keep trying to explain what you mean

Grammatical range and accuracy
focus on the range of accuracy of the test takers's grammar while speaking
includes using a variety of complex structures, sentences with multiple pits of information
To improve grammar in steps
Be prepared
speaking test format
type of questions
using right words in past tenses and future tenses
it's okay to correct yourself

Pronunciation
focus on accuracy and variety of pronunciation features including individual sounds such as euphemism, word stress, sentence stress, intonation(the pitch of the voice changing when you talk ), monotone voice will cause lower scores, chunking
improve pronunciations in these steps:
find out how English intonation, sentence stress and rhythm ,ensure you understand they affect sentence stress and intonation on meaning, then practice using it in different ways.
refer to a dictionary to confirm the correct word stress you are unsure.
