我在广外1027考的t，rp简直差到极点，从来没想过这种小概率事件会发生在我身上。
一开始是考完阅读之后突然蹦出来一个对话框，写着“ibt error”，然后还有进度条什么的，我举手示意后，老师过来研究了一下果断把我电脑关了，然后就走了，然后我就在座位上等，看他好像给另一人说话，结果过一会还是没理我，我就又举手，他冲我指那边，我以为是要等那个老师，结果半天他才走过来说让我去另外一边的一台机子上考。
我过去之后，老师输密码，登陆，continue答题，听力一开始我就傻了，因为耳机没声音！！！！尼玛啊我当时就傻了，然后着急的给老师说，那个老师是五十多岁的大爷，感觉好像特别不着急似的，第一个conversation都开始一半了他才慢悠悠的又捅了关机键....我当时吓得一直问他会不会再开始就从一半开始，他也没回答，说等主控机那里显示“死机"之后再给我分配电脑，后来到了第三个，终于能听了，可是全场大概耽误了10多分钟的时间，到听力后面全场同学净是说口语的！！！而且我当时被乌龙事件搞得好烦躁，根本没法排除口语噪音做题，然后等我做口语全场都在打作文，紧张的要死....然后我打作文的时候别人都走了！！！老师就开始收拾考场啊！TAT~搬椅子收稿纸什么的....我真是无力吐槽了...
我觉得我这次好惨，好想投诉啊！！
有同学知道流程或者注意事项的么？我是打电话给ets总部呢还是说写邮件给neea和ets好？

PS：我看之前有个同学ms跟我一样情况，死机两次，后来申诉成功了，不知道还有没有类似经历的同学啊来分享一下

附上我写的投诉信，大家麻烦给看下给个意见啊》。。。第一次写这玩意儿，语气还有结构什么的不怎么懂~

It is with great disappointment that I am writing this letter to you. I just took the TOEFL test in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies on Oct.27th. However, I’ m not very satisfied with the service and facilities in the examination room ,which in fact, had an extremely terrible influence on exerting my level.

Let me tell you what happened during the test.When I finished the reading section,a dialog box came out titled”IBT error”.So I called the teacher and waited for a few minutes until he told me that I could change to another computer to continue my test.Yet when the teacher typed the password and asked me to “continue” the listening part,I found the earphone was broken and I couldn’t hear anything in the first conversation.Again I called the teacher as soon as possible.But he just told me to calm down and be quiet without doing anything else until almost half of the conversation was passed——he finally shut down the stupid machine and showed me the third computer.

Based on the fact, the result that my test was messed up is inevitable. I want to describle the direct consequence of the accident in detail.
1.As an examinee,I was already in a great tense state and holding much pressure.Changing computer for two times worsen my nervous mood and apparently disturb the fluency of test taking.
2.It also made my process later than others for more than 10 minutes,which resulted in that my last lecture of the listening part was totally influenced by other’s oral test.
3.When I was taking the writing part,all examinees but me finished the test and left.So the teacher began to clean the room and move the chairs. I must say the noises made by chairs really disrupted my thought for several times.

I’m a senior student and a avaliable TOEFL score is URGENTLY needed for my 2014 fall application.I have, like so many other examinees in China, spared great energy and a lot of time on practicing it.And I don’t want those efforts,or probably my future, ruined by some elementary mistakes which is not even mine.Hope you can censor this accident seriously and give me a REASONABLE solution.
