1. GPA是重要的, 不過for career purpose的話, 去到一個enough for getting a job 便可.
就以undergraduate的標準來說, 大家便很喜歡說過3, 要有2nd up; 或是有些人要求高一點for top company interview, like 3.3/3.5/whatever, 就是這個道理.

2. 語言是重要的, 沒有了不會死, 但是會少了很多很多的working oppotunity.
當然某些夠強的學生沒有所謂, 因為最high-end的job是不需要廣東話的, 但this rule doesn't apply to general public.
4, 5. 文化語言的牽引就如地心吸力一般, 現實一點的做法就是要try to push oneself into 其他陌生的圈子, 盡努力的去適應.
6. 我的看法有一點不同的就是, hard skill is important.....fresh graduate 請回來, 當然是expect them to do all the solid stuffs.....soft skill is important in sense that one have to show the employer that they know to do the things.
當然這個比重也很depend on job role的nature, 很難一概而論.
P.S. 你要做的sale role in banking to individual clients吧.....??
