Workers would be much happier if they are doing different types of tasks during their workday than doing the same task.
疑问是不是要围绕happier来写
workday是不是要围绕一天中或日常中工作任务的变换写
而不是指经常变换时间的变换职业
Nowadays, the sense of happiness has played a pivotal vehicle of people’s job. A favorable method, who can make people feel pleased, is urgently needed than any previous period. Some sociologists maintain that employees doing the same assignment during the workday will be happier than those doing various types of tasks. In my opinion, however, doing different types of tasks let workers get more pleasure. Several reasons are listed as follows.
Doing various types of assignments can keep workers’ motivation level higher than doing the same task. As we all know that if somebody always do one thing, he will tend to feel tired and bored. In the course of time, he won’t gain happiness from his job and lose enthusiasm for his job. On the contrary, assigned all kinds of tasks, the employees will maintain work fervency and gain happy during their workday. According to the investigation, the sociologists found that workers, who were employed by the corporations which assigned tasks of different kinds to the staff participated pretty more actively at work than the workers were employed by the companies assigning the same task to the staff. Therefore, doing various types of tasks will make workers happier owing to the high motivation they have.
In addition, workers will gain the sense of happiness for their self-confidence will be increased when they doing different kinds of tasks during their workday. Firstly, various kinds of assignments will broaden workers’ horizons and make the workers consider a problem from different angles. Thus they can find appropriate solution to the difficulties they meet in their work more easily and more quickly. Hence the employees will be more assertive. Secondly, it will enhance workers’ capacities of adaption to deal with diverse problems. Consequently, workers’ work-efficiency will be improved extremely. And the great efficiency can contribute to the increase of workers’ confidence. Thirdly, workers can learn more skills and knowledge through these tasks. It’s known to us that if somebody keep faith in himself, he will feel happier.
To sum up, workers who are doing various types of tasks will be more inclined to gain the sense of happiness than those who are doing the same assignment. Because not only can they strengthen confidence in themselves, but also they can always keep enthusiasm to their work. These factors all can result in works’ sense of happiness.
