Nations should pass laws to preserve any remaining wilderness areas in their natural state, even if these areas could be developed for economic gain.

Important as it might be to preserve remaining wilderness areas in terms of protect natural diversity, it is imprudent to pass laws to preserve any of them due to potential loss of economic opportunity, harm to important affairs and worsening of state financial condition.
  It's obvious that some wilderness areas cover quite enormous range of land.It's possible that we could build railways or solar energy plants using just a limited share,without bothering animals or changing their original habits.Yet if we thoroughly forbidden the economic deploit in those ares, we may have to sustain loss of excellent opportunity to attain economic gain.
  What's more ,such legislation would undoubtedly harm other important affairs such as medical care and education of citizen.Money and human resources are limited, therefore when we concentrate more on wilderness areas protecting,we would have less resource available for other possibly more important affairs.
Even if we are able to comprehensively take care of all affairs,such legislation would definitely increasing financial burden of our state,and everyone might be forced to pay more tax,facing a worsening daily life.This is by no means what we want to see.
  Therefore,despite the significant importance of preserving wilderness areas in terms of both moral consideration and ecologic consideration, it's not wise to give it precedence over all economic opportunities.
