很明显题目中A 最接近答案，但是题目用的是partly, 原文中“Whether people can remember an event depends critically on the fit between theway in which they earlier encoded the information and the way in which theylater attempt to retrieve it.”用的是critically，是不是有点对不上？

这样细微来看也不矛盾啊
partly是严谨修饰不是totally，critically是重要性修饰

是memory很重要的一部分 没什么不对吧

是的  不是非要完全等价的啊，根据文章的意思也确实是partly部分影响而不是totally地完全决定。   包括很多同意改写，如果都要严格要求完全等价这样抠的话很多题都没答案
建议把你的疑问暂时保留，继续做题积累一段时间后再总结一下这样的现象。

我印象中记得文章大概是这样的
首先这是3个promising解释的第3点， promising、likely这样非决定性词文章也用了，文章后面总结也有说这几点并不矛盾孤立而是相互作用支持什么的
