I am sorry for my delay in responding. If none of your dream schools admits you this year and you are forced to take a one-year gap, I think you could certainly promote your TOEFL score to about 110. Then there could be very high likelihood that you could be admitted by a T10 law school. Anyway, a lawyer with 2-3 years of experience is very competitive. I also suggest you to consider the possibility to apply a JD degree since you are very young and a JD degree should make you better than a LLM could do.
