Choice 1: CS
Read a serious degree in computer science or related. Either a second bachelor / master in computer science, and learn some serious coding.
Be ready to fight with those coding.
Choice 2: Business
MBA, or any good master in business related discipline (e.g. finance, business analytics) from a really good school / program.
Get your English ready, at least at level of TOFEL 100+ / IELTS 7+ (what I mean is....you can get this without exam preparation).
Choice 3: Stay (my recommendation)
Dream less about relocation. That is only for those who have $$ and/or have good English and/or really hardworking.
From your words, I don't see that you are good enough in information and decision making, and also not tough enough for this.
