额，谢谢啦，我昨天发邮件给helsinki和aalto尝试不用CDGDC认证，结果被拒绝了😢。下面是Helsinki给的回复：
If you have graduated:
1. The CDGDC must verify the authenticity of your transcript of records and degree certificate. Reports concerning these two documents (in English) and the transcript of records (in English) must come to University Admissions Finland directly from the CDGDC.
2. You must submit a copy of your degree certificate in Chinese to University Admissions Finland. The copy of the degree certificate does not need to be officially certified or translated. Please note that we require the copy of your degree certificate in Chinese even if your institution issues them in another language in addition to Chinese."
下面是Aalto给的回复：
Thank you for your email. The country-specific requirements are very strict and we cannot make any exceptions. If your degree is awarded in China, the authorized English translation of the official transcript of records must be verified by and sent directly from the China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center (CDGDC, 教育部学位与研究生教育发展中心). A Credentials report of your studies must be delivered in English. Credentials report is a document created by the CDGDC and attached to the certified copy of the transcript of records.
所以应该是Aalto只认证英语的成绩单，Helsinki只认证英语的成绩单和毕业证就好了

恩理解了，aalto确实没有对学位证和毕业证的要求。不过，赫大的要求是学位证吧，不是毕业证，你看一下。

Documents to be sent by the applicant along with other application enclosures:
- Officially certified copies of the degree certificate and graduation diploma in original language
- Official translations in English of the degree certificate and graduation diploma
这个咱们自己寄的，怎么Officially certified呢？岂不是还要CDGDC，还是学校盖章就好？

啊，我没仔细看，Helsinki是学位证，下面那个就是学校盖章的就好了吧

OK，我也觉得，这就好办了而且省了好多钱
