怎么感觉你的邮件跟我不一样？cynthia写的邮件里面是“Please note that scholarship decisions are not made at the time of admission. Scholarship decisions are made on a continuing basis beginning in late February. We will notify you via email as soon as the committee finalizes your scholarship decision. If you receive other offers with early deadlines to accept and have not heard from us regarding the scholarship decision, I would appreciate it if you would notify me.”

同喜，一天收到的，Complete可能也差不多，我是12月10左右吧。不过我的也是，I expect your scholarship decision will be made by February 1，这就很诡异了。难道楼主这种大奖在后面？
