总论点:先在科技解决了原有问题,但是人类确实遇到更complex and challenging 的问题
1. 现在科技发展解决原有问题.
例子:医药科学治愈疾病,更进一步colon organ . in addition 通讯技术,不光提高个人通讯效率, 也提高科学研究效率-----导致了ACUTE SOCIAL 问题的解决. 最近的conquering of sars.
2.但是科技发展,也带来新问题,环境污染,工业accidents,核武器的danger.... in this sense, 确实遇到更大困难.除非解决,否则未来发展在危险中.
3in some sense, 新的问题不可避免...哲人关于圆的比喻. 已知部分知识是内部,未知的神秘是外部. 知识越多,圆越大;圆越大, 接触未知越多. 这奖lead to 更多的complex and chanllenging问题
总结,既要看到可以解决原有问题,又要看到先有问题(which are crucial for our futher development). 然而我们要相信运用技术解决问题可获得brighter future.

In my view.
the issue focus on the illusion which mentioned above, with the development of the science and technology, some problems the human encounter are indeed extremely more complex than before, however, with the accummulation of the experience and the civilization the people could have more confidence to cope with these problems, we could not deal with it contemporary, we also hold the faith that  there are some pefect solution in the future not far away. Thus the illusion decrease.
In summay, we could hold the cocession agreement. In my perspective, the author tabatabaye do a splendid dicussion, if he or she could draw a sentence concened with the decreasing illusion. Furthermore  the direction of the dicussion is in the point of the issue.
