PhD position in EE at University of Hawaii

Prof. Yuanzhang Xiao has one fully-funded PhD position in Department of Electrical Engineering at University of Hawaii, starting from 2018 Fall.

Our research is in the broad area of decision making problems, in particular, problems solved by optimization, reinforcement learning, and game theory. The applications range from wireless communications, power systems, to sharing economy. Recent projects include security in wireless networks, deep reinforcement learning for metamaterial design, just to name a few. About internship and job opportunities:
We will be joining NSF I/UCRC center hosted by Missouri University of Science and Technology.
