小本是申请mjur好还是mphil。。。

Mphil是pre-doctor degree，认识的两个牛津Mphil都是本科北清复交+硕士名校distinction毕业。除非你是牛到人神共愤小本直申，否则不用想了。

录取率没用啊，申请人的样本根本不一样。Mjur申请只要读完法本的都可以，国内三本都可以申，申请人一半都是无效竞争，俗称打酱油。
Mphil application prerequisite就是有一个硕士+【distinction】毕业，小本虽然可以直申但完全是牛到不行的个例。竞争对象基本全是牛剑LSE UCL LLM with distinction+美国top 14+其他国家名校top llm graduate。

最好的办法是直接上牛津官网找他们的Mphil/PhD students，profile全是公开的，再去查下他们的LinkedIn。

以下是我找到的四个牛津Mphil/PhD在读学生的信息：
Prior to Oxford, he read politics and law in Peking University (LLB, LLM) and worked in the Liaison Office of the Central Government in Hong Kong.

She holds an MPhil in Law from the University of Oxford, an MSc in International Crimes and Criminology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, an LLM (dist.) in International Law from University College London, and an LLB (dist.) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

She studied law at Shandong University (LLB (Hons)), University College London (LLM (Dist.)) and Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (LLM (cum laude)).

Before coming to Oxford where he completed the MPhil Law degree and the MJur degree, he acquired a BA Law degree in Soochow University, China.
