跟着追星特训走，是我的第二篇issue. 时间上花了一个多小时（中间跑来跑去，也就没有记时。）写完后自己先修改了一下，觉得例子少了点。但是如果一多，就会象第一篇一样写到700+就觉得罗嗦了。这次字数控制在500+，觉得还是可以的。但总觉得空空的。希望大家多多拍砖！！



提纲：
1。遵守法律关系到社会稳定
2。disobey和resist的危害性
3。当今社会，只有法律最终才是解决问题的有效方法。我们要遵守法律。对于unjust law，我们也要通过法律的途径来修改。



"There are two types of laws: just and unjust. Every individual in a society has a responsibility to obey just laws and, even more importantly, to disobey and resist unjust laws."

Laws, as the daily rules of human behavior, take a significant role in keeping the stability of the whole society and nation. As a coin has two sides, laws are also categorized into just and unjust laws. It is undoubtable to obey the just law. However, some contend to disobey and resist unjust laws. From my part, this is disputable.

To begin with, a peaceful society depends on just law. Each citizen has responsibility to obey laws whether they are just or not just. As we all know, some who break laws would be punished in every corner all over the world. As a result, the consensus behavior which confined by laws descrease the conflicts and collisions among citizens. Thus, the stability of society forms and is the basis for the development of nation.  

On the other hand, disobeying and resisting laws, whether it is just or not, will often shift the stability of the society. The law externally represents the mind of government but internally reflects the benefit of the majority of citizens, in other words, the self-class. As the head of Law at my university once said (and I paraphrase),"Each law is perhaps unjust in terms of all citizens but always just to almost citizens."Thus,the law is certainly avail majority and menace the minority. Admittedly, disobeying and resisting unjust laws, such as Fugitive Slaver Law, sometimes indeed have positive influence to push the improvement of society. However, protesting the "unjust" law is in fact fight with the large amount of people who share the same benefits. It is harmful for whole nation. Moreover, high rate and unwarranted eruption would certainly stir up the stability of the society and may lead to confusion. Always, the starvation, disease and death are followed if the stablity of the society is interrupted.

Last but not least, in the era of rapid society development and psychological displacement, the constituting and amending law should catch the step with the needs of citizens. For instance, in the early China in 1970's, the persons who wore flares, which looks as fashion today, would be accuse of "rogue". After several years, this crime is canceled since more and more persons accepts and enjoy flares. This illustrates the point that any unreasonble or outdated laws will be rushed away sooner or later. Nowadays, in order to make concerted efforts to develop our nation, every should obey all laws to stable the society. Although some laws seem partially unjust, any sober and intelligent citizen should use law weapons to quester for given right. If we still disregard and disobey the "unjust" law, is it different from the primitive who live in a lawless society and hold the stone weapons for their foods and territories?

In sum, although disobeying and resisting unjust laws did contribute a lot in past, the most effecient way to have a peaceful and happy life is to obey all laws in the modern times. In case of some unjust law, we should find the ligal way to amend the law or solve the problem. Further, we should insist on the belief that the mature law anhd only the mature law is the best approach to solve thing justly, despite there are unjust law in the process.

你的观点太强调stable社会的重要性了，如果没有disobey和resist怎么可能废除奴隶制及所有其它不公正的法律？

修改法律也是resist的一种方式。

法律只代表掌权阶级，并不一定是社会上的多数人。

1.关于废奴运动，我承认了resist和disobey的积极作用。但是我个人认为随着社会发展，越来越趋向稳定，这种方式是比较激烈的。在那个时代它的作用是肯定的，但在今日来说，我觉得不可取。
2.resist ( in wb): to exert onself so as to counteract or defeat. 所以我认为这是一种比较激烈的方式。而amend走的路线和resist是不一样的。是合法的。
3.可能是生活在中国关系，所以想当然的是代表广大人民的利益，这点上我觉得是我疏忽了。
