In the contemporary world, success is the desire of most people. To cater the demand, thousands of books or instructions which focus exclusively on how to success come into existence. see the bestsellers in the bookstore, how many is such kind of book. Nearly no one does not know the essential principle of the success, however, how many percent of them have attained success? The basic reason is that they do not know how to use these principles or in another word we always slide into the thought of convenience and are masked by the appealing image that totally ignore the hard work behind the success.

For example, we always envy the most popular singers and actors, top basketball players, or the famous talk show presenter, we are so obsessed by their attractive aura that we forget to see the effort they have paid. Before a singer's first debut, he/ she has to practice thousands of times for a single song. To become the top players, how many times he have shot the basket? Even the most simple motion, he needs to repeat and repeat to sure he can make it perfect in every situation without thinking. Repetition is the basic factor to perfect, which is the first step to success. It is so simple that many of us even  fully ignore it, however, some times repetition seems so tedious and so meaningless that few people will fulfill it even though they know the importance of it.

There is another important factor in the course of success -- the perseverance, which means one should fill with confidence even facing with the most depress time or thousands of time of failure. It is easier said than done. Imagine that you were Thomas Edison, how will you feel after the 1800th failure to find a proper material to make the electric light? See not the 18 kinds, or 180 kinds but the 1800 kinds, nearly all the materials that are available. Maybe most of us would stop at the 18 times or 180 times, because we may simply deduce that there were no proper materials. We exert too much emphasis on the success itself to form a correct image of failure, which make us cannot use the most crucial points of success-- perseverance.

Moreover, opportunity is also another dispensable element in the success. Some people owe it to the luck, but they never realize luck never knock the door of the people who have no preparation. More often, the luck needs one to find out. In business, luck, which need careful observation and cute thinking, is to product the right production to meet the public demand, For example, the invention of health cup, which is actually the disposable paper cup. Early in the 20th century, when there were no soda machines and no drinking fountains, the thousands of thirsty passages could only drink water out of a small cup that was passed from one commuter to the next without washing. Probably there were many people noticing it but no one give a second thinking, until a man named Hugh Molar who invented the disposable cup which was sold well. It is a so simple idea that is easily neglected; that is to say, people always watch the luck passing without any reaction.

In sum, the secrecy of success is uncomplicated and most people know it, but when come to practice, seldom will people do this which means many of them can make best use of the secrecy of success.

其实每次来贴的时候都很不好意思， 因为总是贴很少帮人看，看见那么多人帮自己改，真的好感动，和妈妈说考完一定要到班上多多添砖加瓦
