In a civilized society where equality and human rights are stressed, every student is entitled to the care and instruction of the educators. They should receive proper education despite their race, intelligence level, or family backgrounds etc. However, this does not mean that a truly effective education has to meet the individual needs of every student.
For one thing, the needs of the students are so diverse that it is hardly possible for the teacher to meet each one of them.

Intrinsically, the needs of the students may be rational or irrational, some of them may run contradictory to each other. The educators have to analyze them and sort out the rational and the most important ones to satisfy. It is natural that people tend to avoid difficult questions and pick the easier ones. As a teacher, he should not do something simply because the students like it. He should keep the aim of education in mind and try his best to carry out his plan. Sometimes he has to use some unpleasant but effect means to make sure that the students can be up to the standard.

Moreover, the ability and characteristics of students are also quite not the same.  Even if all the needs sound all right, no curriculum or teaching plan is able to cover the individual needs of every student. A teacher who is able to take the individual interests of every student into consideration should be praised. However, we have to say that he might be distracted or submerged if he spends too many efforts solving these chaotic needs while neglecting the overall destination. For example, if a teacher spare no patience explaining an easy question understood by most students repeatedly to only a couple of students who can not understand it in the class, other students might get bored and distracted. If this happens too often, it would be unfair to the majority of the students. The whole teaching plan would be disrupted and it would be hard for the teacher to achieve his goal of teaching. On the other hand, if a teacher just takes care of the very few quick students in the class and conclude a question in such a hurry that most of the other students can not digest, he still can not achieve the goal. The curriculum is mostly designed to meet the needs of the majority of the average students. As to those below the average, the teacher can tutor them after the class. On the other hand, the teacher can offer them some extra materials, or just let them free and develop their own interests if they think they can afford more free time. Or sometimes we should encourage students work in groups so that the quicker ones can help the slower ones.

We can conclude this discussion in this way: The individual needs and interests of every student should be respected and taken into account in the teaching process. However, we should not let the minority infringe on the rights of the majority. While drawing up the general plan of teaching, we should aim at the majority of the average students. As to those particular students, we can resort to particular means in teaching.

谢谢鬼兄，你的批评真是中的！一直以来，我就比较偏重语言而在逻辑构造方面花心思不够。 看来你对题目的把握很有心得，知道如何扣题或者在适当的时候呼应主题。
但我感到疑惑的是，我们一定要立论或驳论吗？有时候能把一个问题的相关方面，它的利与弊或者支持或反对它的论据列出来，不也可以吗？（个人见解，欢迎批评）
Every student 其实可以指全体无例外，个人以为与后面的they并不矛盾。如果是each后面用they 就不合适了。记得以前语法提到过这种区别。
后面的Let them free 可以改成 give them a free hand.

1.应该是说不是绝对要写成立论驳论的，比如很多范文写的就比较随意，但是，我认为，为了更突出你的观点和思想，这样做比较好。就你这篇而言，我觉得反驳固然可以算作是一种论点，但是我觉得你并没有很好的组织形成一个强有力的观点。而且，issue的行文要比argu更全面才对，对于题目应该有效的回应，不应该只是反驳就可以的。我个人的意见。
