这篇作文不是TWE题库里面的，但是也差不多，我用来练笔，各位看看。
Two Bosses I Have Worked for

Some people would like work with a careful boss who attaches great importance to process; others would like work with a boss who is only concern with the results. Fortunately, I have worked with both kinds of bosses. In my opinion, I prefer to work with the former one.

First of all, the former boss seems to be more responsible. He cares for every details of work, no matter it is big or small. Sometimes, he may forget he is a boss, and does jobs like an average staff. Take me boss for example, once, not long after I entered the company, I could not do my job because my computer was broken down. He helped me out and taught me how to handle this kind of problem. This impressed me a lot. He is so responsible for us, in return, we will be responsible for the job.

However, the latter boss comes to the opposite. He do not think that daily work is so crucial that he has to check it out. We may even not see him everyday. Many staff complained his irresponsibility.

Furthermore, these two kinds of bosses may reflect their personality in daily life. The former one, who attaches great importance to process and is responsible for his employees, is surely a careful person. The attitude to work will influence the behaviors in everyday life; also, the lifestyle will guide one the way one does jobs. For instance, when I began my career, I was just a student, and certainly I wore jeans and t-shirt to work. One day, my boss said to me that I should wear suit like others, then I realized how inexperienced I was. Plus, he always treats us a dinner when we complain that the work load is too heavy, and everyone is pleased to go, although we know this cannot reduce our work load. All these show that he cares for employees.
In contrary, seldom does the latter boss have this carefulness. He hardly chats with us, or helps us solve the problems we may face in daily life. Admittedly, he treated us several dinners, but we really could not communicate with each other due to his indifference.

To conclude, if I can choose my boss, I would like to work for a responsible, careful boss who is concern not only with his business, but also with his employees.

看到第二段，真不忍心继续往下看了，语言方面不说，仅仅是语法，你写完了以后吧文章粘到word里面，用里面的语法检查一下，你会发现不少错误的。你现在回去读一下你的文章，也能发现不少错误。时间不多了，找一些简单的文章背背吧，新概念第二册就可以。这对你的写作会有帮助的。--------foolboy

请问一下阅读的词汇，现在开始重新再复习一遍，到考前来得及吗？我想把阅读常考固定词对表（1995.8-20004.1），张红岩词汇书后的《TOEFL经典词汇300》题，再背一遍。如果时间允许，再加上张红岩的书。

如果五一没什么特别的计划的话绝对来得及而且有必要，对阅读很有帮助，词汇如果很熟的话一个星期就可以过一遍，GRE的部分人考前就是一星期一遍红宝

听力任鹏听力词汇2004版，和听力突破里面的听力习语相比，背哪个版本好？

都可以，只要是真题出现过的习语都重要，这两个我都没看过，不过网上给的评价都很高，不一定要硬背，听到了能迅速反映就好

还有，听力突破软件里面关于段子题方面，是只看里面讲解的
各种场景概念，还是都听一遍？
还是以2000后的真题为主呢？

可以挑着听，因为题目太老了，我觉得每个场景听两个题目熟悉熟悉，然后再听2000后的新题，把技巧用上，考前可以再听一听听力突破，会觉得好简单，情绪就稳定了，呵呵


有些人说真题要做上好几遍以上，是怎么做呢？我现在是当天只复习前一天的，有些做得久的真题偶而听听都感觉很陌生了。是不是隔段时间，比如一周，就要把做过的真题反复再拿来听呢？

你是特指听力么，我觉得每套题当作考试听一遍，对照一遍，复习一遍就3遍了啊，这是至少的。一套题半个小时，一天3－4个小时就可以听两套题，一定要集中精力的当考试精听。关于听力，可以看看我这个帖子

作文正在看胡敏高分作文，有没有必要背几篇新概念二或四？

胡敏的绿皮书不错，新概念什么的不是很适合托福这类考试，不建议，是用来长期学习英语的，何况2相对容易，4相对难，要看也是第3册。如果看作文有感觉了就多写多改，才是提高考分的关键

昨天又写了一篇作文，0401的题，各位看看。

TOPIC: do you agree or disagree the statement? Schools ask students to evaluate their teachers. Use specific details to illustrate it.

Nowadays, more and more schools ask students to evaluate their teachers. Some people agree with that, while others hold the opposite opinion. There are pros and cons in both sides. As to me, the pros of evaluating outweigh the cons, so I just agree with the statement, and my reasons are as follows.

First of all, evaluating teachers provides quite reliable information to help schools find unqualified teachers. As far as I am concerned, some teachers consider their jobs as the golden bowl, so they spend less time on teaching and research. Therefore, students cannot obtain the knowledge that they want to. So evaluating teachers is an effective way to find those unqualified teachers.

Secondly, evaluating teachers can push teachers to move forward. Before, teachers do not worry about their career, because there is not an authentic standard to evaluate them, but now, if they do not work hard, they will be fired. Frankly, the evaluation made by students may be not very exact, at least it can be as a reference.

Also, teachers can know how their students think they are from the evaluation. Many teachers lack of communicating with their students. As a result, they do not know how to improve their teaching methods and skills. So the evaluation provides teachers a way to know their students.

However, some irresponsible students may not take it seriously. Therefore, schools may make the wrong decision by the evaluation. But we know, the wrong evaluation made by only a small amount of people cannot change the overall evaluation, and we can distinguish it and remove it from the rest wisely.

To conclude, evaluating teachers by their students has both negative effects and positive effects. All in all, positive effects outweigh negative ones. So I do agree the statement that schools should ask students to evaluate their teachers.

这篇大概在30分钟内写完的，基本是套用模，再加上分论点想的比较快，所以时间上还好。但是因为基本上都是模板的结构加上大众化的分论点，我想也就是4-4.5这个样子。我需要怎么改进呢？因为我到考场上基本上也就是模板+大众化的例子，怎么能出彩呢？谢谢
