here is a simple sentence, no clause here in this sentence.
"that" here is a pron and not relative pron, referring "the area"
简单句，that 指代area

since有3种词性
1。conj. 这种是大家最熟悉的
He hasn't been home since he graduated.
2。prep. 就是本题的情况
He hasn't been home since graduation.
**3。adv.这种是最容易忽视的
My friend has since married and moved to California.
我的朋友从那以后就结了婚并移居到加利福尼亚

uniform的名词词性只有“制服”的意思。
