作者有三个论据：1. 根据调查，社会积极分子感冒的比例小，所以他们的抵抗力强。
                        2. 一种感冒病毒的抗体对其他病毒无效
                        3. 一种新病毒不足以使人生病
逐点批判：1. 调查有问题，不多说了
               2. 社交中接触的病毒多种多样，所以按作者所说感冒的概率更大
               3. 在抵抗这种新病毒时，人对其他病毒的抵抗力下降，所以其他感冒可能
                    趁虚而入。

看了楼主的第一个链接，有点想法可以补充一下。
个人理解是这样的：

写那句奇怪的话关键在于 in order to prevent catching a cold
A：Consequently, researchers conclude that having an active social life probably helps strengthen the immune system.社交多免疫好

B：The researchers note that catching a cold-one of a family of highly contagious viruses-gives the cold-sufferer temporary immunity to that virus in the future, but not to the many other related viruses.感冒不能抗感冒

C：Merely being exposed to a new cold virus, however, is not enough for a person to catch a cold, since a strong immune system can successfully fight off some new viruses.免疫力强能抗感冒

所以，为抗感冒， 多去晃晃吧。。。。

很有可能是和该study中未涉及的条件有关，而在整个研究中
作者没有提供详实的背景条件。
而且就实际情况而言，更多的communication才可能导致感冒
2．作者有可能因果颠倒，身体健康才有可能交际广泛
   而不是交际广泛才身体健康。
3．Immune system 和catching a cold 是完全不同的概念，应该说
好的immune system 可以减少感冒机会，而并不是增强了immune system可以避免所有的感冒。

关于该题目的讨论看了不少，感觉相当乱
个人认为，该题目就是基于一个常识：得过一次病之后人体就会对该病产生抗体。然后此题目又进一步推论：你想多产生抗体（也就是免疫系统变强）那你就得多生病啊，而且要得各种各样得病，那你得免疫系统就会越来越强。那么怎么得各种各样不同得病呢，作者建议多些社会活动。

第一句是结论的事实论据，因为它和结论句讲得都是一个意思：多社交少感冒。
中间部分（二三四句）是研究者对第一句中所出现现象的一种解释，具体分析如下：
第二句作出推测：社交有可能提高了人的免疫力，注意第二句中的probably
第三句是第二句的论据，陈述了一个医学事实：得过病后会产生对该病暂时得免疫力
第四句也陈述了一个医学事实：免疫力强能抗某些病毒
然后作者认为：第二句＋第四句就可以推出结论

那么怎么批驳呢？
先批事实论据，再批推理中的漏洞
结论句中的关系也要搞清楚（注意 “by”），作者做了两个结论：1，要防感冒那么增强免疫力吧；2，要增强免疫力那么多社交吧。结论2对应第二三句，结论1对应第四句。批的时候抓住第三句中的temporay，和第四句中的some。
