Can disagreement cause stress and inhibit learning? The discussion of this issue among individuals and in society as a whole has come into vogue during the last decade. People's opinions are devirgent on such a complex and controverial statement. The issue declares that we can learn more from people who contradict our views, it is  simplisifies this topic ,in my eyes, the statemnt should depend on a case by case analysis.

First and foremost , at the risk of sounding too simplistic, it seems to me the proposition is that who can let us learn much from ,and can be summarized in one saying that wo can learn more from people who agree us. What's more, I approve the statement that usually we learn much from people whose views we share .As a consequence, we usually want to learn from people who live with us and view our share. Let's bring our discussion here to a more present and practical context. It can be given a concrete example that we take our themes before we agree and share people who live before us ,and we concluded their works and demonstrate our issue. Accroding to Newton (and I paraphrase) I just stand on people's shoulder, which is to say that he learn from people's share and do his great work of physics. Learn's mission is to inspire informantions and expand one's learning commitment to collecting factors people did before, by empowering new concept achieve somewhat new themes ,build a nice program and develop the society encompassing new knowledge come out.

A notable case in the point is that disagreement can give different idea, however ,we should concede that despite the merits of agreement mentioned above , overextended not aknowledge disagreement will be indeed counterproductive, even harmful. For individual ,it may has a debasing impact on learning individual that mean do not care what other people saying ,can not always get a right way; for the society ,it may promote a tendency toward the society become system ossification ,no different idea can be take out. Although I am not a student of teaching ,my understanding is that we can easy know some useful from people who disagree us.

From personal perspective , another possible factor why I advocate learning can from people who share idea ,relates to a realm of good agreement .No one can deny that we like people to agree what we said, Moving on to wider themes that we could make the better work when person agree and admire us.His tory is replete with ample evidence to demonstrate this point, Einstein and plato who just learn from their teacher and to develop what they konw.

consequently, due to analysis and reasons given above, which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuaive than any one of them, we may safely arrive at the conclusion that learning call for a balance in which there are disagreement and agreement .
