刚刚问过.我的问如下:
Thank you so much for telling me the reason!

Actually, I sent out all these items you mentioned by Express Mail Service except the reference letters which were sent by my recommenders by last December. I really don't know what happened there causing your not receiving the files.

I am not pointing fingers here but I don't think this whole thing was my fault. I wonder if it is possible that my application can be reconsidered after my sending these items AGAIN by DHL ASAP.

If you say no,I totally understand.I know I am asking too much, but I still want to ask if this will really happen.

Thanks again for your time and patience!

I did not receive any reference letters from you. My suggestion is, if you want to, apply for Fall 2008. Application information will be due by December 1st. There is really nothing I can do at this point - decisions have been made. Let me know what you want to do.

通过这次经历,建议以后大家最好不用EMS

EMS要签收的啊。你如果想追究下去，应该找找当时签收的人。

EMS有签收人的,在网上可以查到,邮局也可以查
建议lz去查了,投诉那个人!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LZ赶紧对照EMS的签收人名字，找他家研院和系里理论

哪有收了钱东西缺了P也不放一个就直接OVER的~

should keep on complaining~~~ if you have all the copies of those emails showing you tried many times to check the status of your application material, forward all of them to the coordinator of the department, complain~~~
