As a matter of fact it could be a tantalizing question to employers that how to figure out a suitable choice between a veteran with a substantial income reguirement and a disciple (信徒?有老手的意思么?)who is rather stoilcal with the amount of his or her
salary. It arouses a variety of controversial issues judging from different perspectives such as the background of the candidate, the economic condition of the company, thus those human resource manager mgiht find themselves
inevitably implicated in a dilemma when it comes to stipulate a specific standard requirement of the employee. (前面铺垫的好多,当然是很详细的,但问题是你到时候要确保有时间都打出来啊) However, as far as i am concerned, the advantages of hiring a fresh guy without any relevant experiece outnumber (数目上取胜??感觉比较怪怪的~~直接说more或beyond不好么?) those of choosing a veteran.
To begin with, one reason for my propensity is that those without any related experience usually have more enthusiasm to work, and seldom do they commmit the mistakes brought by old-day knowledge. They are creative, thus it poses higher possibility to come up with news ideas, while those veterans might easily make some misunderstandings result from the prejudice of already formed opinion.
Moreover, it costs rather less for a company to accommodate a disciple. Perhaps someone will argue that the company has to pay extra fee to train those fresh, but they neglect the fact that the hi-pay (是high-pay的缩写么么??这中用法正式么?) of a veteran is a long-term
investment. The one year accumulation of a veteran's salary could readily surpass the cost for a company to accept a rookie, even the training cost has been already taken into account.
In addition, another reason why I am inclined to select the inexperienced one is that a fresh guy will certainly be more acceptive to the new knowledge and more adaptive to the new environment. Those veterans might bring their old habits which grown in their last company to the new one.(这个理由不错~) Putting the discussion into a more pragmatic situation, those habits from a veteran will be more or less contradictory with the rules verified by the new employer, which could resuilt in disorders and conflicts.(还是那个问题.如果你能确保在考场时有时间打出这么多文字来,那当然是极其不错的)
On the contrary, to choose a veteran may bring us some benefis such as less concern (concerning less) about training thing. Nevertheless, this (it) could be achieved only under particular circumstances that the experience the veteran possesses is nearly perfectly compatible with the requiement of new job. As can be seen its potential advantages are quite restricted for the limited extent to which those veterans utilize their experience, which is probably out of date.
After all these factor are contemplated, it might not be complicated for us to vindicated that the inexperieced one has more spacious development area than a veteran does. Therefore we are able to draw the conclusion now that to choose a rookie is much better than a veteran.
虽然你我论点有些相似,不过你展开的要比我好多了,,,呵呵,,,,非常佩服,,,,其他我也没什么好说的,个人建议都写在上面了,,加油加油~~~ |
