统计还是financial math

刚考完g.时间紧迫要申请学校了。。麻烦大家给定个位 。。
本科：新加坡国立大学统计。
成绩：3。5/4
专业成绩还没算。
g.690, 800. aw:还没有出来，估计在4或4。5
去过美国3个月暑期工，加拿大交换生一年
有没有希望申请到financial math得奖学金。
要是申请统计phd 大概定位在多少比较合适。。
谢谢大家了。。还在迷茫中申请哪个专业呢。。

it is hard to say. it seems that your gpa is not high enough to get top offers of stat phd.
how about your rank in your department.

And also there are very few fin-math programs with financial support.

you could try to apply second tier stat phds or those mater programs in financial math or financial engineer.

谢谢了，我也不知道rank是多少，貌似我们这没有提过rank，master比phd好申请吗？不都说是phd比较好拿到吗？还有就是financial math或financial engineering.是不是不管phd还有master基本上都拿不到奖学金阿？

generally, PHD always have financial support but not MS, which is independent of what the program is.
But there are very few phd programs specialized in financial math.
