CASE WESTERN UNIV. 刚刚刷出它的邮件：

Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to inform you that we will not be
accepting any new graduate students in 2008. The decision was made by
the Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences on December 13, 2007. We
apologize for any inconvenience. If you already submitted an
application and paid a fee, I'm sure the university will reimburse it
to you.
