One LARGE (or possibly TWO) room in a 4 bedrooms / 2 FULL baths apartment is available now with a one year lease. All roommates are PhD students from China. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building, so there is no noise from people above (it is a 2 story building). The apartment building was built and finished in 2005, so it is very new.

Location: It is on bus routes 1B and 3B that runs every 30 mins everyday (bus is FREE for Purdue students and faculties, takes about 5-10 min to campus). It is about 1.5 mile north of Purdue campus (3 min drive to campus) and is eligible for a C-permit for on-campus parking. Additionally, the apartment is in walking distance to major grocery stores like Marsh and Payless. It is located right next to an Asian food market where you can get Chinese food easily. It's in a very quiet and safe neighborhood close to the post office.

Apartment includes: Microwave, washer and dryer, free water and trash, balcony, dishwasher, central air conditioning, a lit parking lot, and two large bathrooms each with two sinks.

Each room includes: big walk-in closet, twin size bed, drawer. The room is huge, about 12ft * 10ft.

Tenants pay: rent ($320/month/person), plus electricity and internet, about $40/month/person.
