报名问题

我在上个月16号用别人的信用卡交的钱.可是前天发邮件问他为什么没有收到准考证.可是他们的回信是:
We do not have a record of a GRE® registration form or test fee payment in your name.

If you paid by check or money order, please contact the issuing agent to determine if payment was accepted by ETS®. If you find that ETS did accept payment, please copy both sides of the canceled check or money order and mail or fax to GRE Services (see below) with your request for a refund.

If you paid by credit card, please return a copy of your credit card statement indicating the charge, along with your request for a refund or new registration form.
