版主！我收到中文的llmoffer，中文要求三个星期内搞定visa的资料给寄过去，其中有资金证明，这个需要多少的证明啊，有存期规定吗？谢谢各位了！

我问港大小秘的有关JD申请的问题
Dear admission staff,
I have several problems for JD admission:
1. Can I apply for the JD programme online? If I can, I want to know the
websites because I cannot find the online JD application link on your online
application websites

2. Do I have to provide you the writing sample in English?(My undergraduate
assignments were all written in Chinese.)
3. If I have to use your application form, do I have to mail you the
reference request forms to you with two letters of recommend letters and
mail you the transcript request form with my official transcripts?
4. I have also applied for two of your LLM programmes, do I have to ask ETS
to mail you my toefl score report again?

Thank you very much for your message.

Please note that:

(1) Since this is our first year to offer the JD Programme, online application
service is not available at the moment. Please use the attached application
form for your application.

(2) The writing sample requirement only applies to applicants who submitted
written work in English at a tertiary-level educational institution. There is
no need to translate written work submitted in a different language into
English.

(3) Yes. The standard Reference Request Forms should be submitted together with
the Reference Letters.

(4) Your transcripts should be submitted together with the rest of your
application.

(5) Since your applications will be reviewed by different Admissions Committees,
please attach your TOEFL scores to your both applications.

可是看了信以后，我还不明白，有没有人能说说啊？

1.是不是就是说不能把学校的论文翻译一下当writing sample提交呢？
2.什么是a tertiary-level educational institution（三级教育机构）？
3.是不是还是得交ETS把托福成绩寄一遍
ETS效率太低，我想能不能把自己的那份原稿寄给那边呢？
有没有申了港大JD的告诉我一下！
