求助~~UCL成绩单的问题

刚才UCL的小秘发信给我说我的成绩单没打印在有学校抬头的纸上，我寄了中英文成绩单过去 ，中文的上面有抬头，英文打印在A4纸上的，都有盖章，并密封在信封里的，
信的内容如下：


We have received your application for the LLM at the Law Faculty. I am
afraid that we cannot accept the transcript that you have provided us as it
is not on your university's letter headed paper. Please can you send a copy
of your official transcript to the address below. Please note that your
application will not be considered until we receive this.


学校现在放假了，我要3月份才回去，怎么办呢？

中文成绩单是我从学校网站上下下来打印出来盖的章，英文成绩单（我们学校没英文的，让自己翻译）是用的上届师姐的模板，然去核对了中文成绩无误的情况下，给我盖的章

这样的情况怎么办呢？谢谢

so you means ther is no formal english transcript in your univ.?????:confused:
two ways,
1 argue with UCL to explain why you cannot supply it
is not on your university's letter headed paper

2 find a way in you univ. now to get a certificate or sth else toley UCL
make sure yours is as formal as the chinese one

那我说中文版有抬头，英文版的没抬头，显得我知道里面的内容，显得成绩单不是机密的了呢？
我就说我们学校的就是这样的行吗？

1、我可不可以就直接和小秘argue说我们学校就是这样的？
2、透露出我知道中文版的在有抬头的纸上，英文版没在，显示出我知道成绩单的内容有没有关系？

The transcripts I sent to you are the official transcripts from our university and the Chinese one is on our university's letter headed paper.Although I know the English one is not our university's letter headed paper, but both of them are certified and sealed.
