昨天看邮箱，来了第一个AD：University of Wisconsin-Madison,申请的是结构工程的PhD,结果给了master的AD，请问这种情况下是不是一般没奖了？还有，接下来要做些什么呢？

可能是竞争激烈，就把lz降到ms了吧。回信问他，ms有没有钱，如果是小奖看自己能不能承受，如果没钱就告诉他去不成了。
