关于这一部分第一栏，自费学生的话是直接在空白处填父母的姓名和地址么？

4. YOUR EDUCATION
Please include the following: your grades in Mathematics and English at GCSE or equivalent level; your subjects and grades at A-evel or equivalent; all higher education qualifications completed or due to be completed.
Please list separately the components of the courses you have taken in the last two years of study and give start and end dates if you are not able to include a transcript.
In the case of qualifications taken outside the UK, please give the exact title of the qualification as it is known in the country where it was taken.
Please do NOT try to describe it in terms of the UK system.
Please enclose original certificates or copies authenticated by the awarding body of all University-level qualifications that you have obtained.

我申请的是MA in Translating and Interpreting.

前面那个数学和英语成绩是必须填的么？该填哪个成绩？如果是中学里的成绩的话需要什么证明一类的文书么？（估计截止日期前是来不及提供证明了，可以先申请随后再交么？）汗。。连环问

还有后面那个your subjects and grades at A-evel or equivalent 这个该怎么填？难不成把高考科目和成绩全填上去？
对于这一部分该怎么填实在是很糊涂   囧

我申请的是taught course  这一部分到底是直接把Study Plan 附上去呢，还是要另写？看起来两者内容有重叠，但为什么又单在申请表上空出一块地方作此要求呢？




实在不好意思，最后再问一个相当傻的问题。。。>_<

• a study plan; i.e. a letter explaining:-
  •    why you would like to study on our programme why you would like to be an Interpretor or a Translator your future aspirations and how we can assist you to fulfull these.
  •    an A4 sheet with your email address printed out (not hand written).

关于Study Plan 的写作要求
后面那句话指的到底是整篇文章+email address 篇幅不超过一页A4纸，还是说Study Plan 长度无具体要求，但要后附一张A4纸写上email address啊？（大汗）

自费写上self-finance，然后给出父母名字地址就行，其实不写也没关系将来提供资金证明就好。
A level那个和国内学生无关，可以选填几门高中成绩。
study plan如果写在表格上就不用email地址了，不然就写一页纸的plan上面标明email。

也就是说其实表格上让填的那项就是Study Plan?  
直接在空格里写please see the attached Study Plan 可以吧？
（原来巴斯的Study Plan 篇幅要求也这么短。。汗）
