osu 附近 University Village房屋出租

hey all,
I have a big and inexpensive bedroom in university village and want to
sublease it. The monthly fee is $299 (rent 250+utility49)
Here is the floorplan and my room is the bedroom #1 in the picture:

1.There are a TV, a sofa, a kitchen table and chairs in the living room. We will leave them there for your use  while in other  apartments, there is no furniture.
2. Free shuttle to campus and free parking. Our apt is 30 seconds away
from shuttle stop # 2 ,one minutes away from shuttle stop #3, 5
minutes walk to cota bus stop 7 18 and 84.
3. Laundry room is just across the drive.
4. There are two windows in my room with one facing south.
   总体来说，UV是新生（研究生）的首选。比较学校的Apartment要便宜很多，又能做饭，而且交通便利（有免费班车），买东西也很方便（超市就在门口），而且中国人也多，比如说周末师兄师姐带着去中国店也很方便。
