As a political major, I know the issue mentioned above full well, on one hand, teachers responsible should tell students knowledge in disinterest manner also they had better guarantee the knowledge are disinterest itself, on the other hand, so hard for teachers get away from their personal ideas when educated their students. Facing up with this kind of dilemma, I believed teachers should be offered the chance to express their political and social views in class.

The first reason seems obvious, the meaning of education calls for political views from teachers, One meaning of education in point lies in the respect of politics, the governments indoctrinate teachers therefore submissive students and loyal residents toward current political ideology will pose no threaten to the current political institutions, for example, I was indoctrinated by my loyal teacher to show my respect ruling party of my homeland, CCP, the governments did such kind of thing to control our mind from being attracted to other kinds of ideology. Thus we wholly embraced CCP's governance of our homeland. On the other hand, another meaning of education, namely, to inspire student to explain the world in themselves, calls for teachers to express their political and social views for inspiration toward their students, students in politics need introduction of some certain issue in point at the start of the discussion, students in sociology are thirsty for their teachers' opinion about one social problem thus they got one angle to fully develop the analyze of that problem in essay. Students ambitious enough to change to world may get inspirations to find new path to establish themselves as a unique existence, for example, Espine Anderson, famous pioneer of the social welfare theory, after greatly inspired from views from his teachers relating one social problem, successfully detect his own way to winkling out the hidden meanings of the welfare state.

Secondly, I find it so hard for teachers to deliberately control their words, to the extent that they never reveal any personal view in society and politics. Although a little noble and knowledgeable than common students, teachers do live in the society, thus expression of own ideas about political issues naturally come into the class, for instance, before class begin, my chemistry professor like to say something about the news, yet he can not get around the politics, for the reason that everyday news involved in the great change of politics in the world, nor can he avoid reference about social issues, because they, however we like it or not, happens around us.

Yet, I do mean that especially for some teachers it sounds a erroneous idea to impose their political views to their students, for example , political faculties had not better to impart the superiority of one kind of ideology to their students, nor are they rightful to tell their students some political organizations' inferiority. All these kind of bad organism may harm students to cultivate broad mind and cosmopolitan perspectives.

In all, political ideas and personal perspectives in social problems from teachers can be tolerated and should be required to some degree.
