======================Issue 51======================
【题目】Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student.
【翻译】只有针对每个学生的需要和兴趣,教育才真正的有意义。

提纲:1兴趣对于教育有重要意义
         2学校必须培养学生的兴趣
         3培养兴趣并不等于必须根据每个学生的兴趣教学





Different people have different views on education. Some people think that education should pay more attention on the needs and interests of each student. It is possible for education to satisfy every student. However, the truly education is to develop the knowledge, skill, or character of students. So, education must emphasize the general aspects and individual ones.

Actually, the purpose of education mainly cultivates specialists for the society. If education doesn’t emphasize the students’ interests, when they enter into the society, they can’t extent their own capacities. Sometimes, too much attention is paid on the grade may lead to loose the talents. That is, it is that individual educational plan (we always call it “IEP”) which focuses on various kinds of student’s hobbies or interests can motivate and develop the potential of students. Many outstanding persons such as Einstein, although his academic performance even didn’t accord with an ordinary student, he still became the most famous and successful scientists in the 20th century.

Thus, school should find and nourish what student’s interests and needs. Perhaps some of them still don’t realize what they are attracted in. Then the school and teachers need to undertake the responsibility such as activating students’ interests via minor lessons and practice activities in order to give them more opportunities know about themselves. Also, the school may use proper scholarship to award some students for their excellent performance in developing their own interests.

Nevertheless, encouraging developing interests doesn’t mean the school must teach each student according to their own needs. On one hand, the teachers are usually less than the students and the students’ interests are various. On the other hand, students can not judge what they need to learn from what they don’t need to. For instance, a few students don’t like some basic science such as math or other functional academics; whether should we delete them? The answer is surly “no”.  Too much emphasis are put on the interests will disturb the learning of math. Meanwhile, students’ interests change from one time to another——they are not fixed.

Generally speaking, meet individual’s needs and interests of each student are necessary in education; but common teaching is important part in the course of student’s learning as well. Education should include both of them so as to achieve effectiveness.

it is that individual educational plan (we always call it “IEP”) 中文化了些,这样怎么样it is that individual educational plan,IEP(as the word implies),which focus......

另外,偶也是看了老美的几篇文章,才写了第四段的,ms他们对教育的认识就很实际、功利。这种写法偶也不喜欢,就算是cater to ETS吧:)
