It has recently been announced that a new restaurant may be built in your neighborhood. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.

There are both advantages and disadvantages after building a new restaurant in our neighborhood. With considering both of them, I would like to support the plan because the benefits it brings will outweigh lose it will cost.

Admittedly, building the restaurant will bring some disadvantages. For example, the releasing of the waste water from kitchen could pollute the local river. However, these disadvantages are not inevitable. We can manage the restaurant with scientific methods to improve its thriving, which could lead it to a continuous developing way. And also, we should punish it, if it do harmful things, such as badly influence environment, produce noise, and so forth. In these way, we can avoid the lose it will cost.

The building of the restaurant could bring large benefits of economy. It can increase the financial income of the local government in several different ways. After the building of the new restaurant, with the successful management of operating and its fame transmitting, the visitor from other regions will come to our area to have dinner. The new restaurant could indirectly improve the local business of traveling.

Moreover, the new restaurant will enhance the quality of the local residents.  help the local government to solve the problem of unemployment, indirectly increase the average income of local residents. Besides, it will also increase the tax which is a important part of financial income. As we know, the most of financial income of the government is used to build the pubic fundamental facilities. In this way, the quality of common people could promote.

In sum, we should support the building of the new restaurant, which could bring more advantages than disadvantages.

speaking(1月19号机经):1.  Describe a place you have never been to but like to go some day.

The place I have never been to but like to go is America. The America is a developed country, which has a fast living pace. I would like to feel the passion of living there. Moreover, America is a big pot of all kinds of culture coming from all over the world. So I want to feel the mixed culture and particular American culture. Besides, I will go to some great natural beautiful place to see the great nature.

2.  Do you agree that childhood is the happiest (or precious) time in life?

I agree that childhood is the happiest time in life. Childhood is so precious that everyone misses his childhood when he have no blue things. In childhood, we have no exam which will fix us on the books. Moreover, in childhood, we do not know we need to worry about the future and fight for living everyday. All we should do in childhood is enjoy ourselves. Besides, the truly friendship always exists in childhood because no one of us could become the danger to each other.
