Agree or disagree with the following statement: it is more important to award students for effort (trying or hard working) than for achievement (good grades)

欢迎批改,有拍必回! COMEON小组的同学 9.3号的作业我写过了 所以换了一道同是学习类的题
Nowadays, more and more people emphasis on the education. According to the speaker, it is more significant to award students for trying hard working than for achievement. In my point of view, I basically agree with this statement. I will discuss this opinion in the follow passage.

Firstly, as a famous advertisement saying goes: Just do it. Good beginning is the half success, but I say that just the beginning is the already the half success. According to my experience, I found that many people will be afraid and chicken-out in front of the difficulties. Those people who content capacities perhaps could achieve and solve the problems, they, however, lack for the courage and the bravery. Thus, schools should develop the ability of trying to do hard works. The best way is to award the students who do their best to finish the works. Furthermore, I also found that many students who are afraid of failures and always cower in front of the intractable problems. But they did not know, if they start to do, that the problem will be solved easily. So, I conclude that maybe awarding to the students' endeavors is an effect and efficient way to adopt a brave quality. Sometimes, there will be no advancement result from discouragement. Take the Copernicus as an example, he took the first step and ignored the established boundaries and challenged long–standing assumption of astronomy for publishing his heliocentric conjecture. If he gave up his theory due to the threat, it is hard to image current situation.

Furthermore, I had a deep impression on one manager's words: the way to the success is only one, but there are various reasons cause the failure. Encouraging students to fulfill their dreams and overcome difficulties on the progress, teachers should assist students to realize the importance of attempt. The continuous effort could make one to be succeeded. For example, Thomas Edison tried 1600 kinds of material to discover filaments. Although one may fail, he/she could learn useful experiences.

However, it is not to say the achievement is not important. The achievement, admittedly, has a great influence on the confidence development. As we all know that the confidence is the prerequisite of the success. Also, teachers have the responsibly to teach students that what one's do is to get achievements. Putting more attention on the results could makes students spend more efforts on hard works.

In sum, if teachers overstate the achievement, students may hardly advance. So awarding the students' effort is useful and reasonable.

另附前不久写过的:
All students should take the basic science courses even if the students’ field of study does not include these courses?

总结:文笔很好,这么短时间可以写这么多字,很强大。
             唯一遗憾的是感觉每段开头缺主题句。
