Earning money for living is the basic and primary reason for most people to work; however, never is it the only reason why people join the job hunting. Other intentions involving aim to succeed, interests are also the key factors when people choose what they will work on.

To begin with, some people strive not dominantly for the wages but mainly for their career succeed. I will discuss this contention in two aspects. For those rich elites - to such an extent, they never care about their living - they pursue their dreams and succeed by hard-working. Let us have a look at Bill Gates, who is the founder and former CEO of Microsoft Corporation. For ten years, he was listed on the top richest person by Forbes and there is no perspective that he works just in respect that he needs money to survive. He works as he intends to continue the prosperity of his company and realize his dream in the realm of computers. While for those who just start their career without sufficient money, I concede that money plays an important factor when they work, yet hardly can we deny their aggressive aim of succeed in their career.

Just as Albert Einstein said, “Interest is the best teacher", interest is also responsible for decision of what people work on. We determine our career partly based on what we are fond of, while some people devote themselves into one certain field for their strong interests. This calls me to think of the famous composer, Mozart who began to study music, when he was 4 years old. He kept composing and until he died at the age of 34, he accomplished massive of operas, symphonies and concertos. What leads to these achievements is his fondness of music. He would do nothing else but composing music for he was deeply arrested in the world of music.

In addition, the idea of devotion is another factor for people to work. Let us focus on those people who serve as volunteer. There is no reward from their jobs but the faith of devotion that support their work. I am a volunteer of 29th Beijing Olympic Games and I choose to serve for the game on the ground that I wish to contribute to succeed of such a festive.

In sum, personal succeed, interests and devotion are other factors ascribed for people's willing to work. In some circumstance, these factors play dominant roles when people plan to work.
