12.23日作业大学往往让学生通过TEAM WORK完成PROJECT,然后给TEAM MEMBER打上同样的分数,你觉得这样好吗? 08.1.19
As we know, we undergraduates obtain scores by two ways--examinations and projects. Many courses should be learned by ourselves lonely. So at the end of the course the teacher will hold an exam to give the students exact score according to their answer on the papers. While, in some special kind of courses, which need a group of people to finish one project together, the teacher will give team all members of one group the same mark according to their project. According to me, I don’t think it is a favorable way to give team members the same score.
First, the positive will be lowered by the same score. Usually, some lazy team member will not do any work about the project willingly for they know there are other members to do the work and he will still get a score without doing any work. And then, this unresponsible atitude will be spead throughout the team. Even hardworkers will not do his best in the result of same score of different amout of work. I had this kind of experience. When I was in grade three, I checked in a course which scored by a group presentation. The teacher told us that at the very first class. Not beyond expectationall of us did not want to prepare for the presentation. The other groups also met the same situation. As a result, the teach give us another a week of time to do it. Finally, only two of us finished the presentaion roughly, and all the team members got an average score. Only one group got a good score. At this point it is not wise to give the team members same score for its positive-killing efffect.
Second, it is also difficult for a teacher give a score that satisfied by all the team members. Maybe the member who didn’t do some substantial work would be fortunately cheerful about his/her score. But when thinking about the hard workers, whatever the score was, the student who did more work will think he/she should get a higher score than other team members. So the method also gives not only students but also teachers a thorny and arduous problem.
Finally, even though the project has to be finished by several persons, they did not have to be valued at the same score. There is a feasible way to discern team members. That is to charge scores by the amount of their work. Every team must hand in a list of task of its members. So, on the basis of the team score, the teacher can vary members’ score properly.
In one word, due to the above analysis and improved method, the same score method is not suitable to both teachers and students. Realistically, many better methods can be applied in the situation of team work.

总体看来语言流畅,结构清晰,有一些小小的错误,加油哦
