TOPIC: ISSUE51 - "Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Nowadays everyone has the experience of going to school,listening to teachers and doing homework.People have differenet interests during their childhood,some may like painting while some like dancing.As an ancient philosopher said” There are no two same leaves in the world.”there are no two same students in the world.
Special education designed to meet the individual needs and interets of each student can be more effective than normal education.With  one on one teaching,students can slove their problems immediately and the teachers can teach more targeted.You may have the experience that you met a problem during class while you are too shamed to ask the teacher about this problem at once,then the problem you do not know may influence your coming study.Maybe some brave ones asked the teacher about this question,but considered with the limited time during class,most of the teachers may tell students to ask them after class.
Interest is the best teacher to human beings. Leonardo da Vinci liked painting at his childhood,painted thousands of eggs when he first learned painting.Not because of the strongly interest can no one insist on painting monotonous eggs for 3 years.Finally,Leonardo da Vinci became one of the most famous painters in the world.Teaching,met the students’ interestes,can make the students develop their potential efficiently.You can hardly imagine that Lebron James,a super star of the NBA league,is foreced to study maths,biology,physics with his classmates at school instead of palying basketball. Individual education can make students study with great power and passion,which may inlfuence one’s life.
However,special education which meets all the students’ needs can hardly be ture.It is impossible that teacher can meet all the students’ needs for there are too many students in class.For example,there 50 students in my class while I was in Senior 3.The teacher have only 45 minutes in each class,how can he or she meet the 50 students’ individual needs during the poor 45 minutes.All the thing that the teacher can do is to prepare class for the major part of the class.
In my opinion, analyzing specific circumstances is necessary.Some speciall classes should be taught individually like sports  and arts.Sports man like LiuXiang is long being rained by his teacher and coach SunHaipin.Independent teaching can provide directors dure to individual needs,which can fiercely improve one’s results.
Further more,there are other ways to improve education,such as producing good academic atmosphere,providing better equipments for experiments and so on besides setting up special education meet all the students’ needs.As the society is forwarding,the education will better meets human needs.
