Being educated for about fifteen years, I can't agree more with this issue. Just like everybody has a favorable dish, each student has a preferable subject. We all had such a experience that when we are studying lessons which we are interested in, the feelings are like fish swimming in the pool, it is so easy and we will have a lot of fun.

It's known that every student has his/her own personality, which, as to studying, appears as different needs and interests in learning and that is determined by his/her interlectual level and development environment. Let's take a look at two examples. The well-known conductor ZhouZhou who was diagnosed as amensia which means mental deficiency the day he was born. However, his parents did not give up him and educated him at home. By chance, they found he was so sensitive to the music and could not help swaggering the spoon in his hands when listening to symphonies. After years of practice, ZhouZhou has become a professional conductor who is engaged in hundreds of shows all around the year now. Another good is example is Ming Yao who is the hottest sport star in China these days. Both of his parents were basketball players once upon a time which partly determined Ming Yao's life. In addition to his great height, he also has great passion with basketball, all that enables his success in NBA today.From these two examples, we can see that different people should be educated in different ways. That is to say, you can not force Zhou Zhou to be a basketball player, in the mean time, you can not make Ming Yao a talented conductor too.

Some say, education is the reserve force to the society and students will be useful members of society in the future. In this sense, the ultimate aim of education is to bring out the best of each student which will benefit themselves and the society. Take two greatest scientists--Einstein and Newton for example. They both were regarded as stupid students when they were young and forced to drop out of school. Fortunately, they were not frustrated by the teachers and went on studying all by themselves. The great achievements we had accomplished in the past should be attributed to their self-educating which means they have to study all by themselves and develop their own method of learning.

From above, we can see that education specially designed for every student is essential and benefical.But, there are some obstacles we need to handle. Firstly, the quantities and qualities of teachers(not always parents) are limited in most parts of the world. Secondly, due to different levels of development in different regions, let alone countries, the incomes of parents varies. Thus, children from rich families are sent into private schools and received better education which is more effective.

To sum, as the development of the economics, we must try our best to popularize this kind of education which has been demonstrated effective above.
