The knowledge about animal can be gained when we watch the vivid moving images played in the television. By contrast, it is difficult for the books to play the same role as the television.

However, the books lead a significant role which can hardly replaced by the television in the most aspects. Such as the legal matters, it is best left for the books. television is of no practical use for learning the complex contractual agreement, incorporation, or the establish of trust, And it is also of little use when it comes to the rational things Such as how to analyze a problem base on the facts provided and make a right decision, also it is hard to learn statistical or other quantitative knowledge through television. Such as deducing an equation in mechanics, it is easier for people to learn in the book than the television. The books can give the progress of deducing in detail. Finally, the books are more portable than television. Moreover, the books do not break, It do not depend on the electricity. Even there is no electricity, people can also receive a great deal of knowledge from different books.
