How do movies or televisions influence people’s behavior? Use reasons and specific examples to support your answer.

With more and more up to date elements added to our life, people begin to enjoy the essence of the entertainment in modern society and to experience the changes those fresh additives brought to their life, especially by the introduction of movies and television. Though movies and television are also facing challenges from other forms of media, their superiority in providing not only the vivid images and the appealing plots shown on the screen but also the striking amounts of information are well established to enlarge people’s eyesight and enlighten people’s hearts.

For one reason, it is through movies or television that people get more acquainted with the proper solutions to their own problems. They always act as guidance books in people’s present life because both the themes of movies and the topics of TV programs, such as environment problems, health improvement and education funds, are typical reflection of our present life. For example, some people may sometimes change their minds and behave as what are sawn on the screen; others may think twice before they make decisions due to the analysis gained from movies or television. Thus, movies or television help people recognize the panorama of the society.

For another, movies or television provides people with an objective view to perceive the world. The varieties of information displayed on the screen are usually collected by groups of people, then made with the efforts of many great minds and finally can be put on. Thus, they are represented a relatively overall attitude. For an ordinary family affair, the television program may try to discuss it with both experts from the fields in law, education, vocation and etc. and common citizens with different background. What is true is that at present less people live merely by their own judgment. In other words, they are more or less influenced by the perspectives acquired from movies or television.

What is more, movies and television stimulate people’s imagination and creativity by putting a colorful world in front of people, which may be the same with their own, but mostly, totally different. Such experiences enrich people’s life. No matter where people live, either in Asia Continent or along the side of Pacific Ocean, both of them can easily enjoy the beautiful scenery of the North Pole because of the records on the Screen. People’s thought may no doubt be connected to the unseen and unknown world, which later may bring people novel ideas. So no one dare ignore the significance of movies or television.

To sum up, movies or television exerts a crucial influence on people’s life for it prepares people with a wide range of selections to handle problems from nearly all aspects and to feel the world beyond expectation, which may in turn activate people’s anxiety to alter the world.
