"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each student."

Education is one of the key words of our time. A man without education, many of us believe, is deprived of one of the most significant opportunities of twenty-first century. Some people even assert that until education could meet the individual needs and interests could they accept that it is a truly effective education. At the first glance, it is convincing. As far as I am concerned, however, some compulsory courses contribute to the growth of the students and cultivate students’ interests as well as important.

It is true that interest is an important element of education. Interest can make people to learn something positively and enthusiastically. When people are particularly interested in something, it will be very effective for him/her to handle. Albert Einstein, the distinguished scientist, the Nobel Prize winner, once illustrated this brilliantly in the following quotes: "Interest is the best teacher". For example, Watt was interest in vapor during cooking water when he was young and finally he became the famous scientist to invent the high-pressure steam engine.

Yet truly effective education is not only specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of students, but also should firstly told people what is true and what is wrong. when people are especially the children who just receive formal education on the basic educational level, because they are usually not able to judge what make them benefit in future . Some compulsory courses commonly benefit the growth of the students, but they are not interesting. Considering the basic subject such as Mathematics, for instance, children who hate these courses are not allowed to give up studying this subject, because it helps to develop one's ability of reasoning thinking. Social moral and some virtues, for example, only relying on meeting the needs and interests seem to be inadequate.

Furthermore, education should make great efforts to discover and cultivate students’ interests, not to cater simply to individual preferences. Because it is not an easy thing for students themselves to realize what their real interests are, and therefore it calls for the guidance by schools. A number of schools have done well at this aspect. For most schools, lessons are set freely to be chosen and students can chose any lesson according to their interest and need. Another striking example is scholarship. With the development of education, various scholarships including nearly all the subjects and majors in schools to encourage students to develop their own interests.

To summarize, the purpose of education is to inspire people, to discover the unique potential each person has, to cultivate one’s personalities, and to discover one’s natural bents in interesting ways. Education will be more effective when people have a strong discriminability and constantly develop their interests.

Education is one of the key words(words这个词太弱) of our time. A man without education, many of us believe, is deprived of one of the most significant opportunities of twenty-first century. Some people even assert that until education could meet the individual needs and interests could they accept that it is a truly effective education. At the first glance, it is convincing(这句太简单,而不是简洁). As far as I am concerned, however, some compulsory courses contribute to the growth of the students and cultivate students’ interests as well as important(放在开头,难道你全文只讲这一方面?).
It is true that interest is an important element of education. Interest can make people to (去掉to)learn something positively and enthusiastically. When people are particularly interested in something, it will be very effective for him/her to handle. Albert Einstein, the distinguished scientist, the Nobel Prize winner, once illustrated this brilliantly in the following quotes: "Interest is the best teacher". For example, Watt was interest in vapor during cooking water when he was young and finally he became the famous scientist to invent the high-pressure steam engine.(例子好,最后来句结尾的)
Yet truly effective education is not only specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of students, but also should firstly(firstly?) told people what is true and what is wrong. when people are especially the children who just receive formal education on the basic educational level, because they are usually not able to judge what make them benefit in future.

With the development of education, various scholarships including nearly(covering) all the subjects and majors in schools to(去掉to) encourage students to develop their own interests.

To summarize, the purpose of education is to inspire people, to discover the unique potential each person has, to cultivate one’s personalities, and to discover one’s natural bents in interesting ways. Education will be more effective when people have a strong discriminability and constantly develop their interests.

It is true that interest is an important element of education. Interest can make people to learn something positively and enthusiastically. When people are particularly interested in something, it will be very effective for him/her to handle这个词用在这里不太好吧. Albert Einstein, the distinguished scientist, the as well as a Nobel Prize winner, once illustrated this brilliantly in the following quotes: "Interest is the best teacher". For example, Watt was interest in vapor during cooking water when he was young and finally he became the famous scientist to invent the high-pressure steam engine个人觉得还应该把and前后的两个部分的逻辑关系加强一下.
Yet truly effective education is not only specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of students, but also should firstly told people what is true and what is wrong. when people are especially the children who just receive formal education on the basic educational level, 加especially when they in the basic phase that elementary knowledge is been taught, because they are usually not able to judge what make them benefit in 加the future . Some compulsory courses commonly benefit the growth of the students, but加 maybe they are not interesting. Considering the basic subject such as Mathematics, for instance, children who hate these courses are not allowed to give up studying 删掉this subject, because it helps to develop one's ability of reasoning 换reasonable thinking. 加to cultivate Social moral and some virtues, for example, only relying on meeting the needs and interests seem to be inadequate.好句型

Furthermore, education should make great efforts to discover and cultivate students’ interests, not 加simply to cater 删掉simply to individual 加their preferences. Because it is not an easy thing for students themselves to realize what their real interests are, and therefore it calls for the guidance by schools. A number of schools have done well at in this aspect. For most schools, lessons are set freely to be chosen and students can chose any lesson according to their interest and need. Another striking example is scholarship. With the development of education, various scholarships including nearly all the subjects and majors in schools to encourage students to develop developing their own interests has been established in most universities。
. parnter,个人觉得你第三个论点的目的性不太明确,发掘人的兴趣和教育是否要迎合个人的兴趣是两个概念吧~
