Children, bestowed with the curiosity about what is going on in the world, the innate ambition of realizing certain values and the intrinsic passion to put the society forward, are highly deemed as the hope of our society. It is true that how children are socialized has an indispensable effect on the prosperity of the entire society, though, there are numerous other qualities as well. In a joint effort, these valued qualities help children moving up the ladder of constructing a better society.

Since cooperation and communication are progressively in the limelight, we are paying increasing emphasis on socializing children to the extent that they are well-trained to fit in with the demanding society. Being immersed in the capture of various books and devoting a wealth of time reviewing what one learns from teachers are far from enough. Consequently, there come a mass of other means that soon prosper, such as doing some group presentations or social investigations which require exchanging ideas and sharing information to reach a common goal, taking part in certain project designed by companies or organizations that are contributable to provide more opportunities for children to access more different people in the outside world and further get more involved in society. During the process, children are gradually getting out of the ivory tower stuffed with indigestible staleness and simultaneously acquiring interpersonal skills, cooperative abilities and communicational capacities which serve as a must on one's way of building our society.

Yet, many a factors other than children's social skills also contribute to the guidance of the destiny of society, namely originality, fervent conviction as well as a strong will. To illustrate, without Henry Ford's novel idea about assembling line the industry would be bogged down to inefficiency; without Martin Ruther King's perseverance on his struggle for civil rights racial discrimination would be enmeshed into a deep trap; without Beethoven's strong muscle of heart we would be unlikely to enjoy the appealing symphonies that emblem human durative tenacity. As you can see, by merely socializing children, we may render our society lack of all-round talents so that the pace of development is likely to slow down. Accordingly, importance should been attached to various other qualities as well, thus with miscellaneous talents our society will follow a promising progress.

As a matter of fact, we are raising our children in a seemingly strategically designed but actually naturally and insightfully followed way. Step by step children are exposed to milestones in the stream of history one after another, among which are the striving for extermination of racial and gender discrimination, the breakthrough of natural limitations, the struggle for independence, the improvement of welfare. Gradually, values about what is worthy of abiding pursuit and otherwise what deserves our resistance are set up, thus children who can help bring about a better society will naturally follow the voice cherished in their heart.

To sum up, it is the combined effect of children's social abilities, creativity, perseverance and steadfast belief that lead to their contribution to progress the development of society. Under the overall environment of the ongoing civilization, our children will probably, if not definitely let us down.
