With unsatisfied curriculum, some students often escape from class, as we usually came across in universities or middle schools. Resulting bad in such curriculum, they conduct worse and would did even worse later. That is why we say "Interest is the best teacher." So, I quite agree with the argument that"Education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interests of each students". It's the exact time the traditional education system reform the current education pattern because more and more disadvantages due to the education system had been brought out to the public.

Two thousand years ago in Chunqiu dynasity, Confucius had told his descendants the famous maxim "Teaching according to the conditions", which means only when education is designed to meet  indiviual needs and interests can education be effective. Education individually designed is surely make the most effective pattern for students. Intresest of each students is the direct drives to master the knowlege. It is no doubt doing any thing, including studing, needs strong interests. The power of interests will makes you come though problems whenever meet both in studing and daily life. On the contrast, without interests, you will find everything boring around and fail to pick up mind to face difficulties. How can an undergraduate students compelete his process of learning if he has no chant about his own field of learning. For example, an medical students with little determination to be a doctor of physician in the future, how can he/she pick up such heavy books of medicine, let alone doing any inventional works in the future. So the entire study of this medical student is dull and futile. In his mind, the only aim, the solitory goal is quickly graduate and find his favorite job which is far from medcine. In that case, all he had learned is useless for searching a job nor useful to the society, which is the failure of education.

Meeting the requirements of all the students, which is the ideal education patern, will advance the teaching effeciency. The learning habits and learning effeciency of each students are different according to physical and phycological condition as well as educaitonal status, family social paterns and so on. So it is smart for teachers give different content of learning and implement diversified teaching methods to different kinds of students. A talented in some field if taught in the same class with the ordinary students and in the same way as others, he/she may lose his/her elite quailty as time pass by, which is also the failure of education.

Certainly, its a difficult thing to meet the individual needs and interests of each students because of there are so many limits such as economic conditions, teacher resources shortage, teacher-centered ideas and so on. We should invest more for coarses designing, education facilities, textbooks and even the buildings. However, with the development of technolege and economy, such problems can be solved.

To sum up, education will be truly effective only when it is specifically designed to meet the individual needs and interest of each students. However difficult it is , I believe in the foreseeable future such difficulties can be solved, and individual focused education will come true.
