Internet, as an example, creates a web full of information where all of us could look for what we need in a fast way at the same time, telephone, especially mobile phone, furnish us real-time communication with our family members, workmates and friends. Besides these benefits gained, abuse of Internet, also cause some serious problems. A typical illustration of it is the case of some danger sites instructing individuals how to suicide, which may largely threaten the precise life of everyone. The action against such use of scientific technology should be widely enforced and since it is a new problem that created with the advancement of techniques, we should make measurement without any reference of the history. Therefore, the changeable situations, varying distinctively from the past, require all of us take independent action to address altered matters.

Nevertheless, concerning the law regulated and amended, absorbing the historic experiences would be necessary. Laws, broadly defined as a restriction to coordinate human's behaviors, should serve as the common desires and wants of a large number of citizens. Losing basic requirements from individuals, such as equality, justice and freedom, such laws could rarely represent vast majority of the people, let alone to say take effect. The case happening in some autocratic nations could best support the perspective. Rules in such countries, could barely satisfy most of the populace and seldom of them could gain primary living rights from what lawmakers established. Hardly bearing any more, people may stand up to fight for their own benefits, which could rarely maintain the social order and stability. Otherwise, although the Constitution of United States have amended many times, its essences, protection of private property and respect of the equality without national and culture boundaries, could never be changed. In short, retrospect to the history, we could gain some rare experiences or lessons so that an understanding about how to make laws best suitable for our citizens is acquired.

In addition, since the conditions in community are various, when making a decision, we should not only analyze our own situation, but learn from history as well. The role of self introspection lies in that it acts like a mirror and could help us find out our unique and complex issues, which would hardly be similar with others at anywhere or anytime. Furthermore, the role of understanding the past lies in that it acts like an guide book and could help us acknowledge the basic and similar living conditions, such as human rights, moral and ethics, which would hardly be altered at anywhere or anytime. Combining both of them could exert their own influence on the contemporary life and we could correctly estimate our own situation and seldom make hasty conclusions.
