Does our nation should give the national curriculum in the same, especially before the entrance of college education? In general, I agree with the assertion, it usually have the literally significance of the same curriculums in a nation. Nevertheless, I does not exclude the opinion of highlighting the traditional cultures, ethnic essence, particularly which have the regional trait worthing being passed down..
Admittedly, the same curriculums given by a nation usually involve the fundamental knowledge, which will be instrumental in learning more professional lessons in future. Take the Mathmatics, which nearly few schools have not offered all of the world for example, actually, is the basic subject giving students deeper insight into others, like physics, astronogy, or any other natural science. The significance of setting the mathmatics outweight the subject itself, it practice the abstract ability of reasoning, analysis, which will benefit the students through their lives. Besides, English, as the basic lessons in our nation, exemplify the necessity of which set for the whole nation. As a college student, for me, is grateful for the setting of which resolve the problem in reading academic papers in my professional field. Without the solid foundation of official language, I would possibly be incapable to learn of the cutting-edge(对吗) knowledge in major.
Aside from the significance of basic knowledge from which benefit students for deeper study in future, the setting of the same curriculums are necessary to offer the criterion of assessing students during learning courses. In the real world , without standards and judgement, there will be no progress and improving in any field. Thus, the same curriculums in the whole nation provide a positive way of selecting elite in certain field for the university entrance, and also, and of inflecting the drawback and trait when learning with other counterparts.
However, I advocate distinct curriculums, having the profound original characteristic in particular, should be given in different part of the nation. In one aspect, the setting of the different lessons can be passed down through this way. what is a pity if a foreigner comes to your hometown and expect your instrument towards your locality while you introduct nothing due to the lacking of regional culture. Naturally, on the other aspect, the love of the region will be intensified with the dissemination of their own culture, for they can deeply understand the meaning of their culture and be proud of their unique language which other students may admire to learn. That is to say, the love of their living region and the dissemination of their own culture both attribute to the setting of the Tibetans lessons.
In sum, setting useful and meaningful curriculum for the local regions, either in cultural or traditional education for the love of the region, is also acceptable once the purpose of fundamental lessons could be satisfied, the students can study agreeable without loaded pressure exerted. |
