The statement claim that only by arrange the curriculums according to the students' perference can the education system achieve its  final goal.although it is  persuasive at some aspect, the practical feasibility  have not be  completely demostrated.
    The students'choices should be sight as the primary element in the arrangement of the courses , since the porpose of education is based on the students'  interest rather than the impose the compulsory education as a obligation on the them, the incentive study will develop the students' poteneial  and talents which  ensure their career success.The motivation provided by the  interest make the student crave for reletive knowledge and let them think more about use the theories in the practical stiuations,and spark the enthusiation to  go further to search and discover the unkown realms.on  the  contrast,the passively acceptances will  lead to the disappearance of creativity and make the students suffer from  endless boredom .
    however,the educators have to take into account the current  circumstances of the education system ,inwhich the number of  the students is so large that only the education in a scale will guarantee the opportunity of the student over the country and make the full use of  the limited education resources  such as qualified staffs and facilities .specially designed programs  although sounded benificioul to the acedemic
development of the student,will lack any merit if it can not meet  the basic need for all the students.
    moreover,since the competive job market ask for the qualified grauaters with systematical learning in their fields,if the students just choose to take  most interesting courses  while put aside the pramatic  value of the knowlege.although  it is  highly likely  he or she enjoy the learning but it will be a nightmare for them to try to adjust to the job,if they are luky to get one .there also have the possibility that the students are overwhelmed by the laziness and use the interest as a excuse for their idoless behavior.
    finally,with the rapid development of the technology ,a broad rage of knowlede benifit the student with a complete worldview,and make it easier for them to communicate with people in different areas.while focus exclusively on one field will confine the student in a narrow world an d impede them to keep pace with the cutting-edge researches and reduce the opportunities for them to  live a healthy life.
    admittedly,the college should try their best to provide the students with sufficient freedom to arrange the their curriculums,but their choices must subject to both  the educational resources and the pysical and mentel development of the students .

However, the educators have to take into account the current  circumstances of the education system ,in which the number of  the students is so large that only the education in a scale will guarantee the opportunity of the student( the education will only in a scale guarantee the opportunity of the students) over the country and make the full use of  the limited education resources  such as qualified staffs and facilities .Especially designed programs , although sounded beneficial to the acedemic development of the students,will lack any merit if it can not meet  the basic need for all the students.
  
Moreover(Morever),since the competitive job market asks for the qualified grauaters (graduates) with systematical learning in their fields,if the students just choose to take  most interesting courses  while put aside the pramatic(?)  value of the knowledge. Although  it is  highly likely  he or she enjoys the learning but it will be a nightmare for them to try to adjust to the job, if they are luky (lucky) to get one .There also have(应为is) the possibility that the students are overwhelmed by the laziness and use the interest as a excuse for their idoless behavioridleness.
   
Finally,with the rapid development of the technology ,a broad range of knowledge benefits the students with a complete world view, and make it easier for them to communicate with people in different areas. While focusing exclusively on one field will confine the students in a narrow world an d()impedes them to keep pace with the cutting-edge researches and reduce the opportunities for them to  live a healthy life(写跑了吧?).
   
Admittedly,the colleges should try their best to provide the students with sufficient freedom to arrange the their curriculums(curriculum就是指全部课程,所以我觉得应该没有复数形式), but their choices must subject to both  the educational(education) resources and the physical and mental development of the students .

总评:
1.  拼写错误比较多,单复数错误比较多,大小写也不是很注意,可能是掐时间写的
2.  没有写出中文提纲,我看下来觉得思路应该是:兴趣很重要——但是资源有限,要提高效率——工作需要学生的知识全面——知识的全面有利于与其他领域的人交流,培养全面的世界观。思路比较清晰,结构条理也不错
3.  最后提出的建议比较笼统,具体点会更好
4.  很佩服作者没有写例子就写出了这么多字,呵呵
